Do not use them, unless you enjoy throwing your money away! Pros: the car was clean and smelled nice upon retrieval from the airport. Cons: Everything else. Alamo will find a way to overcharge you for any and everything. Therefore, I will not be using this company ever again, in addition to making sure my friends & family do the same. Just use another company!

Don't go here! Wow this location pushes extra things to buy hard. After declining everything I noticed a $70 additional charge. Zero honesty!
