I love this place.
First of all: the courtesy and kindness of the staff is above 5 stars.
Second: the cars, great condition and they do have an acquired taste in their car selection added to their experience you can tell they know exactly what to market and what to stay away from.
Last but not least: I have never been treated so well. Mr Franck works with you from the beginning to the end to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with everything from the car to pricing to maintenance and warranty everything upfront and transparent. (Unlike traditional dealers)
Our first encounter was while the pandemic was still ravaging the country, almost everything was done remotely and despite his busy schedule Mr Frank treated me as an important relationship to his business.
I feel very honored to have been over 6 months with the company. And for someone like me (a gig driver) who literally abuses cars for a living, I couldn’t even imagine being treated the way they do.
Oh and by the way their repair shop 5 stars. Job gets done quick and at very competitive rates.
Long story short ALM is the way to go if:
-you’d rather not pay full price for a car
-you prefer a more flexible way to own a car
-you’d rather support a local business.
