The most third world car rental location at Dulles. Don’t bother calling because they don’t pick up. ETA: Emailed yesterday and they still haven’t gotten back to me. Nobody answers the phone and now nobody answers emails. Top shelf operation, there.

Be forewarned, they will automatically charge you $20 when you check out if you don't drive far enough. If you are lucky enough to catch it in time, you better have a gas receipt for that $1.20 regardless of if the tank is full or not. "It's in the fine print."

Currently waiting at 2am in a room with 30 or so people fresh off flights, with just one guy to manage every single reservation for both Avis and Budget despite there being multiple service counters. They just announced they don’t have enough cars for people who booked within the last 24 hours.
