Have used this car rental location several times and am never disappointed. They get customers in and to their cars very efficiently. Location is close to the airport and I have never had to wait on a shuttle. Be careful leaving the airport as toll roads go all the way up to the airport. You do not have to use their toll pass, but recommended if you are traveling the highways in that vicinity.

Easy access from Washington Dulles Airport. Good selection of vehicles at reasonable prices. Only problem I have ever had is sometimes the bus pickup after arrival takes 15-20 minutes. Not generally a problem unless it is very cold. It can get annoying when you see two or three busses from another rental agency go by, but none from Budget/Avis.

I had an incredible experience at Budget. I must applaud Ms. Mia who works at the Budget counter at the Pentagon City mall. She was extremely helpful and kind. She was so friendly and assisted me in returning my car. She reminded me about the gas and even waited an extra few minutes while I returned the car. She was an EXCELLENT customer representative. I applaud her greatly and we are already planning our next Budget rental through her!

I was not prompted about a toll package (which would have saved me about $30 in toll processing fees from Budget) even though the vehicle was picked up and dropped off at Dulles International Airport (literally surrounded by tolls). Then, when I needed to extend my rental for one single day and found out it would've cost $90+ to do so, I pleaded to anyone who would listen at Budget to reduce this price considering my toll issues I had already been having, and it turns out Budget has made it quite literally impossible for their customer service representatives to actually do anything substantive to "Service their Customers" (as their title should suggest). So instead of spending $90 for one additional day with the vehicle I already had, I went LITERALLY next door to to Dollar rental and got a 2 day rental for significantly less than $90. I have no intention of working with Budget ever again.
The staff did a fine job save for the fact that I was not asked about purchasing a toll package to save myself money and a headache later, my issues here and my 1 star review is purely reflective of Budget as a company.
