Overall a pleasant experience. Jen was very nice from beginning to end and accommodated my special requests for drop off and return close to my home. I had a few complications at the return location where they wanted to charge me erroneously for small door dings that were already on the rental. When I reached out to Jen and made her away of the situation she took care of it for me right away and told me not to worry about it. She is great person and a great business woman. Thank you Jen!

Terrible representative, never picked up phone calls and never calls back after leaving voice-mail. Representatives name was Jen, don't bother calling as she doesn't care about the customers trying to rent a car. I spent two whole days trying to give them my business but they didn't seem to want it. Anyone looking to rent a car here run away fast!!!

My wife and I needed a full-size car for a week of business and travel in both Washington, D.C. and in and around NYC. Upon pickup, we were informed that the site had run out of full-size cars and we were asked if we would instead take a Suburban for no extra charge. Although the offer was gracious, we expressed our concern that the additional cost of gasoline would be restrictive. We were then offered the use of the Suburban with no additional gas charges. Extraordinary! Thanks for the great upgrade and thanks for the problem solving solution regarding fuel expenses.

Great location. All the staff helped me and my family get into the car and the upgrade was perfect. I had a broken leg so the help was definitely appreciated and best part didn't even ask for it. Great service and will definitely rent from them again when I head back there in a few weeks.
