Enterprise was very accommodating when I used their service because my car was in the shop. They gave me their insurance rate because I was paying out of pocket. The car had some issues and they took off two days of charges plus gas for the inconvenience.

I used this rental company when my car was being repaired by insurance. Very friendly staff, and accommodated most of my needs, at any time. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because they're generally very short on cars, and some times might not have what you want. Not their fault of course, due to shortage of cars, but it would've made my experience one star better :)

Enterprise - Lane Ct. William and Josh get 5 starts for taking care of us and addressing this issue. Unfortunately , I need to give the overall experience 2 stars because the Rental was not driveable. As soon as we got it home we noticed that it was leaking oil pretty heavily. It was during the holidays so we didn’t have an opportunity to go back to the enterprise location and get another vehicle. We decided to just leave the car in our garage until it was time to Return it. William and Josh apologied and did not charge us anything for the rental.

Excellent service for a USAA claim rental car. Very helpful and polite staff. Will, who I dealt with each time, was excellent.
