Excellent customer care, clean cars and very friendly. This place is the nicest and normally the most friendly of all car rentals - I have used it at various airports throughout the country). This time (likely due to COVID-19) the car took exceeding long to check back in. I returned the car at 4:30 am on Friday and it did not close out until 2:34 Saturday afternoon. I had to call three times to get them to close it out (getting the receipt is fine taking that long, though normally it doesn't take that long) but the car was coming up late, and though they did not charge me for any more time from when I checked it in (4:00 am) the concept that it was showing up late on my app was of major concern.

Rented a minivan for our most recent trip and we got it for the best price (we checked many other rental agencies). Vehicle was well maintained and surprisingly comfortable for a minivan. Staff was very patient and polite (especially the lady who helped us return the vehicle and breakdown the final receipt). I liked the experience with them and I would highly recommend it to others.

Good place to rent your cars from when you really want to be treated like a costumer. They will let you choose whatever car you prefer. I just go with them because all the other car rental companies will just give you something whether you like it or not.

They make it so easy to pick up and drop off. The attendant who checked my vehicle in even took the time to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction.
