The place was clean, looked professional. My car was fine too. The front desk check-in person, did not relay any important information such as rental time. That she was charging me for. I was never told that when I return the car, or told I would still be charged for two more additional days. I tried to contact the customer service to ask about the early return, and I never got through to any person ever. I was just on a customer service loop of messages. When I went to return the car, I was met with the same lack of knowledge. The desk person encouraged me to write a bad review on the survey and then I would possibly get a response. Not sure that's the company policy they are okay with. But here I am. Hopefully I get a response. To now be charged for the 2 days when I could never get a hold of anyone to ask, seems very unprofessional.
I will not be using their company again. The outside check-in person was really kind and sweet. Other than that I didn't have that great of an experience.

Cars are great, prices reasonable and staff is friendly. This location is understaffed at the front desk every time I come so it takes forever to get a car. And if something goes wrong contacting the direct branch is next to impossible. Other than those two things everything else is great. I just wish they could give a direct branch phone number to you and staff the front desk better

Worst rental experience ever. Stay away. Hidden fees. They don’t follow their own rental agreements. Stick to a bigger name rental company. Charged me double for my rental and offered no resolution to their mistake. I’ve rented from almost every big name company and thought I would give Sixt a try. BIG MISTAKE. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

Very easy rental experience. If you need insurance, I recommend calling using your existing car insurance (if you own one) or purchasing driver-only insurance from Progressive, GEICO, etc. The SIXT cars were fantastically clean and the staff was very friendly and considerate. Great overall.

I would give this company negative stars. BE AWARE AND COVER YOURSELF. They will send you a bill for damages even if you did not make the damages. Every little scratch better be annotated on your sheet before you drive off their property. Even check the lower bumpers and underneath. They do not care that you arrived at night and could not see the car clearly. I've been renting vehicles since I was 25 and have never had an issue like this. This has forever changed the way I rent a vehicle. I now video tape the rental car before I drive off out of paranoia. I WOULD NOT RENT FROM THEM if the cars were FREE. They have now sent the damage fees that they are falsely claiming to a collection company. See picture below.
