Rooms were clean, people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Shuttle to the airport was great. Room 102 had quite a draft around the door letting in a lot of cold air. I would stay here again.

The location was the only thing good about this place. The receptionist does not respect the guests. I paid an extra $40 to get into the room at 10am. We won’t be making that mistake again. Do not waste your money. The amount you might save compared to other hotels is absolutely not worth the disgrace, disrepair and disgust of staying in this one.

As all Best Western hotels, this one is no exeption. Nice rooms, equipped just right. This one will soon need updating.

Great staff. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful. It was only 4am and she was cheerful. The gentleman driving the airport shuttle was attentive and helpful. Nice experience.

I’m confused about these ratings. This is more like a motel. The rooms are located outside facing the parking lot so anyone can approach you from the street. I believe there are 2 levels and I didn’t see any elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up on the stairs. The TV remote (or the TV) did not work. The sheets looked clean but didn’t really smell nice, ac was loud, door needed a lot of force to turn the locks from inside… I don’t understand how this can be listed as a 3 star hotel?! I booked it last minute and was looking for an affordable stay near the airport for just one night. There were other hotels with just $10 - $20 higher, and I regret not booking with them. I do NOT recommend this hotel, especially if you are a woman traveling alone. I would like to add this ....I initially wrote this review at night because I was not able to fall asleep in this place. The next morning, after I took a shower and while still covered with a towel, someone attempted to get in to my room, knocking and literally opening the door. I realized later that it was a hotel employee trying to get in to the wrong room to respond for a call. You can imagine the terror..I was about to dial 911. To the manager: If you keep any records at all, you can check with front desk - I called them that morning to report what had happened. I do not want any body, especially ladies traveling alone, to experience this and that's why I had to add this detail that that was left out in my original review. I have the responsibility to tell the whole story so people make a well-informed decision.
