I've been to almost all hotels in Dulles area and this is by far the worst of the worst between them due to several reason! just pay $5-10 more per night and go to some of Hyatt or Marriott hotels nearby instead of this $hit hole!
the common areas are extremely dirty and maintenance is non existent and the moment you step in the lobby there's a horrific smell of rotten egg will hit your face and will be with you in a non air conditioned elevator gross elevator. the room furniture's belong to decades ago and they haven't been cleaned in ages and they all are worn off. breakfast ingredients are all from the lowest quality and cheapest stuff one can get and I just refrained to eat breakfast there due to lack of trust whether they preparing them in a hygiene environment or not.
I'm surprised that they charge 70-80 bucks per night if they allocate a tiny percent of their revenue, they can easily fix these issues and not allow their guest have a horrifying experience!

This hotel is mediocre. It was clean, but it was ancient. There were various stains on the upholstery, holes in the carpet, and smelled of stale smoke. The walls, floors, and ceilings are thin. You can hear the people upstairs walking, hear the people next door laughing, and a loud and horrid noise coming from somewhere that runs for about five minutes. It's ok when you are awake, but when you are asleep and hear the noise, it's scary. The lady on night duty was not helpful and had an attitude. Of course, customer service can make or break an experience, but the morning staff were nice and friendly and erased that lousy service. This is not a hotel that I expect to be near an airport. The king room does have a fridge, microwave, and sink.
