I travel for business. My stay was 13 days. Multiple times room service was requested the previous day yet no one ever came. Toilet in room needed plunging on multiple occasions as well. I was only offered to change rooms each time. Such an inconvenience. I was offered 1 night's stay comped that I've yet to receive. Been 11 days post stay. Plus side: staff was nice enough.
Arrived around 1:30 am. Check in was fine. When entering our room, it was hot like a sauna. Went to adjust thermostat however there was a note saying not to turn down lower then 70. Went to open window for some cool fresh air, we were on the 3rd floor, no screen or protection from falling. Tv didn’t work.. next am got up to shower, no hot water. Notified front desk, they sent maintenance he stated he did not know why we did not have hot water. About 5 minutes later they knocked on the door to offer us another room that we could shower in and then go back to our room. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Will be asking for refund. Will never stay with this chain again.
The front desk is great.. Found a large bug in the room but they immediately switched us to a different room after informing them about it, which was clean. However, the bed felt stiff and the pillows weren't the most comfortable. Breakfast menu was very basic. Amenities wise they could do better.
