I did not stay there, but I booked a parking to park my car while I had a flight at 6 am.
I arrived there at 5:10, and the shuttle was supposed to leave at 5:30.
Simply, the drive arrived at 5:37 and I missed my flight literally because of 5 minutes.
While I was waiting for the driver, I asked 3 times the don't desk lady why the driver is not here and she kept telling me just wait.
And the most funny part was when the driver arrived. I told him I was in a rush, he simply parked the car and drove another car.
As a result, I missed my flight and had to pay $250

Used this property for parking while flying out of IAD. Overall I wouldn’t use their services again. The staff were not very professional and rude. The shuttle drivers did not help with lugging luggage in or out of the van and just overall weren’t very pleasant. The security officer at the garage was very pleasant and his customer service was amazing I wish I have his name to add to this review because he was as super helpful. Also another thing the parking is not actually at the hotel it’s at the parking lot near the hotel. I wish I would’ve known that so I could’ve went directly to the parking garage instead of going to the hotel to be redirected to the parking garage.

We parked here via SpotHero (Covered parking) for a great price while heading out of the Country. Check-in for initial parking to catch the shuttle to the airport was a breeze. However, returning last night after clearing customs and calling for the Shuttle the lady told us he'd be 10 minutes. After making it to the pick-up location (2G) 20 minutes later, I call back she says 2 minutes (mind you it was 26 degrees out with wind). Several others were waiting as well for the same shuttle and they were told 2 minutes like 20 minutes ago. Meanwhile, several Marriott, Hampton Inn, Hilton and Hyatt shuttles came around at least 3 or 4 times. Finally, I call back and she states he just left and I was like WTH so you lied all the other times. Then 10 minutes later he shows up and I swear he'd been somewhere sleeping 😴 and he had an attitude seriously like we disturbed him. We asked him to turn on the heat and when we arrived and got our bags no one departing the shuttle gave him a tip. We waited over 30 minutes in the cold and he showed up looking like he just woke up with an attitude and expect a tip; no Sir. Checkout was a breeze but that last shuttle encounter left a bad taste; probably because it was cold as hell and we'd just returned from 80 degree 🌞 weather.
