Having lost my home a few years back I came to ESA for what I thought was going to be a temporary stay but I'm still here mainly because of the service and staff all are friendly and professional. If I ever have a problem (light bulb, toilet, or tv)one phone call to front desk and they take care of it promptly. Finally I have been here through a few management changes the current management and staff are fantastic, great group of people

This has to be the best, cleanest, friendliest and most convenient location in the metropolitan area and that’s mainly why I have been here for months. Mr. Azar and his staff, lida , Motsz, and maintenance crew are really the best of the best. My company has been with this location for months and it’s no doubt the best. Thank you sir and your crew for keeping us as your client.

It was OK. Room 169 seemed updated and fresh. There is a huge gap around the door which let's light, noise and cold air inside even when it's closed. I would stay there again.

This hotel was alright. It definitely needs some renovating. There were a lot of stink bugs all over the room too. It's not very clean either.
