If you are looking for good customer service really save your time and money and just go elsewhere. I tried to make a reservation over the phone for my parents and a man at the front desk was very rude. He was rude throughout the whole process but one particular comment really got to me. After giving my card information, I simply asked him if they were able to do an early check-in, he asked what time and I told him 10:30 am. This man replied "okay now you're killing me" in the rudest tone. I don't think it's fair for an employee to behave as if we are begging to stay at their place. Despite this, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they were still being rude even after my parents got to the hotel. When my parents arrived at the front desk, the worker barely made any effort to acknowledge they needed help. Needless to say, my parents were not having it and chose another hotel. Will be waiting to see if I get charged since we did not stay or actually pay for the room. Especially since I have read comments about their knack for wrongfully charging people's credit cards.
My family stayed there before. It was okay. The service wasn't the best. We came a few weeks ago, and let me tell you it was HORRIBLE. My father went in to check in, and the man at the front area was very rude. He didn't even bother looking for our reservation. He just straight up said, "I don't see it." without giving it a second look. He didn't even SEARCH for our reservation. After he couldn't find it, he just went back to doing whatever he was doing. When another one of my family members went in to see what was going on, the man called her rude. Come on! Rude? For asking to check in? Then when he finally gave in and found our reservation, he just said "We don't have rooms available after 3:00". Like, excuse me? Why wasn't that ON THE WEBSITE? That's ridiculous. Telling us that our reservation is all set, then saying that there aren't any rooms available? I know y'all are busy but come on. I'm not going to say a job at the hotel is easy, but if you can't give your customers what you offer, then don't over it.
Loved the lobby set up, parking is convenient, closer to airport and businesses. Room is a suite and one of the best. Nice walk-in standing shower. What we did not like: charged $7 for parking, should have had a hand shower included, fridge did not have a freezer section.
