We had a lovely Christmas banquet for our Liberty Republican Women's club. The Hyatt put out a wonderful brunch. From the roasted chicken with potatoes and green beans to the french toast and selection of pastries, everything was delicious.
The room was plenty large for our group and very comfortable. The service was top notch.
Parking is more than adequate and it was very easy to find. I highly recommend them for your banquet needs!

If you want a great nights sleep every night stay here. They have the best mattress’ and let me tell you…. the pillows are even better!!!! I literally asked to purchase a pillow so I could take back with me overseas but they have a limited supply :(. Needless to say I love this place. Great comfy rooms

Hyatt Regency Dulles is located very close to Dulles Airport, just a shuttle ride away which the hotel provides free of charge. Flights Restaurant has a great bar serving delicious cocktails and tasty food from the kitchen. Prices are right on point for the area. The staff goes above and beyond in service and cleanliness. Highly recommend this hotel for locals and airport visitors.

This place is not clean. There was brown stuff on the toilet seat i had to clean off with wipes, my feet stuck to the floor while walking in the elevator areas and has stayed that way now for over 24 hours and everything generally just seems to have a layer of dust (or crust) on it in common areas. It's a shame because I think this place is really nice, it's just not properly managed. I mentioned some of these common area issues to the concierge, nothing was done about it. Hopefully I just caught them on a really off weekend...

Everything was okay, nothing was particularly great but the rooms were clean. I only rated it so lowly because of one of the staff members, Cara, had the wackest vibes ever. It was nauseating. It was hard to believe there was an ounce of humanity behind those eyes, the bleakest customer service I have ever received. My thoughts and love go out to the guys running the shuttle, they were so freaking awesome!
