This parking experience was ideal. It took reservations, but I parked in a covered garage for a fraction of what airport parking would have been. Shuttles were available without waiting and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this if you need long term parking at Dulles.

Parked under garage and taken immediately to airport. Attendant was friendly and helpful.
Upon return, was not picked up (after over an hour and repeated calls). Luckily, a different hotel driver noticed that we had been waiting and offered a lift. No attendant was on duty and gates were open. Not recommended.

Would NEVER park here again...
The emailed instructions give the address of the hotel, but when I arrived at the address, a security guard told me I had to go to the garage down the street. This information they should have been included when booking the parking. The actual parking lot is a Kohl's parking garage, and there was no attendant there (like the website stated) to inform you where to park or if you needed to display anything on your dash. There was another person waiting for the airport shuttle and both of us were confused about the process of leaving the car, since there was no one there to answer questions and it seemed kind of sketchy to just leave our cars in a Kohl's parking lot. When the shuttle finally arrived, they didn't even offer to help with bags. I later called the hotel to confirm that I had left my car in the lot, because when booking a spot, there's nowhere to include the make/model of the car so they know it's yours. The front desk attendant told me I didn't need anything on the dash, and didn't even ask for the make/model of my car, so idk how they regulate who has reserved a parking space or not....Overall just a very unclear process of booking / parking and next time I would just pay a bit more for another parking garage that has better service.

I wouldn’t even give it one star it was the worst experience we have been waiting at the airport to be picked up for almost an hour now and they keep saying they’re 15 minutes away this is ridiculous and a horrible service I would not recommend this to anyone that wants to sit with backpacks and luggage at DUL international completely dysfunctional and a waste of time and money.

Hello and good morning, I am here to tell you all the truth and just that! Made the reservation, got to the hotel and the security officer helped us with where our “shuttle” aka run down white minivan would pick us up. We board the van all to put our own luggage in the seats with us or next to us mind you this is a small minivan. (That’s okay) go on our vacation, get back call you have them pick us up…. We had a older gentleman pick us up at iad 2G. Not even 1/2 mile down the road he starts falling asleep while driving, swerving into the median, I screamed.. He wakes up then almost hit the median swerved back into traffic almost hit a car!! The man rolls down his window for , PROCEEDING to fall asleep AGAIN… I said sir are you okay? (Unsure if it’s medical related, he doesn’t respond. He come to a traffic light atleast 1/4 mile in front of us and starts dozing off! He goes from 30ish mph down to 15 and slams the brakes. FINALLY the man goes to turn right into the parking deck and literally stops with half of the minivan in and half still in the road with coming traffic. A car swerved from behind us blaring the horn and he starts cursing at the driver. He then lets us out, I guess he was tired who knows, but we still needed him to open the gate so we could get our car. He doesn’t want to open it-finally leaves the minivan all doors open still on the road and parked. He opens the deck then leaves. I immediately called the manager and told him everything! Please be aware of this company!
