You’ll literally wait 30+ minutes for a bus. It’s almost faster to walk to the terminal.

First time parking here. I’m standing in the shuttle pick up #17 and the driver blows right past me. Apparently the stops face inward which is not the Driving lane. I called the number and she said oh the bus must have been full. I explained that she picked up 4 people down the road at the next stop. So, I waited. Upon returning, in the pouring rain I get on the green lot bus. There are signs posted “for the safety of all passengers please stow all luggage securely on the luggage racks”. However there were three large bags by the drivers door on a busy with 6 people. I couldn’t get on in the rain because the driver didn’t care enough to enforce the rules. Eventually I carried my luggage over the bags and the people blocking the hall. Screw this for the future. I’ll park further away, cheaper, where the shuttle drops you and picks you up at your car.

This is located at Dulles airport in the economy parking area. There is plenty of parking there at $10 per day. I went right after a snowstorm and the lot was well cleared out. The shuttle bus came promptly. There was helpful information at the shuttle bus stop.

Relatively cheap place to park. You can get slightly better rates at other places, but they are further from the terminal. The shuttles to the green lot run frequently so waiting is not an issue.
