This Dunkin Donuts locations located on the second floor outside of baggage. Nothing fancy, just a place to buy some sandwiches and coffee.

This was the only shop that was opened when I was departing frm the airport. The food was fresh and customer service was good

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Been in Dulles for a week and by far this is the worst service I’ve received. The food case here is left wide open and filled with flies flying around and hanging out on the donuts and bagels etc. upon explaining to the staff member about the flies she had an attitude and was rude as if I was bothering her. Very unsafe and a huge health risk with flies just casually on the food that’s to be consumed by people

We bought donuts at this place while we waiting for our flight. Donuts were stale and old. Asked the cashier to change them with fresh donuts and we were informed the donuts that we had were fresh (hard and old)a she had an attitude. Absolutely no customer service at this location, hopefully they correct this issue here.
