Potbelly is the only place worth going to in the airport- I go out of my way to get a sandwich here before all my flights and was so happy to see they do online ordering now! So fast and easy

No pickle no mustard, easy lettuce. What i got was lettuce, tomato and mayo on white bread. Soda bottle was room temperature. Even after all this, me and my partner was standing there and using their stand up dining spot, after few bites we were told not to eat there, we had to move. I asked before leaving what is the reason why we cant eat there? We were told it is due to covid-19(this was two days ago on 03/09/2022). There was no sign whatsoever otherwise we would not try stopping there. Overall my experience was worst.

My shake tasted like freezer burn and the turkey tasted like it was old. I have gotten bread with mold at this location before as well. The manager really needs to ensure everything is served fresh or simply put it in the garbage. They're pushing the the risk of illness to the absolute threshold. They're going to get people sick.

Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Powerhouse Salad is delicious!!! The hummus has some heat, which I like.

The chicken pot pice is thick flavorful and has pieces of flaky crust in it. Reasonably priced warm and filling. Ordering was organized and friendly. If I’m at IAD I’ll definitely return.
