I received terrible customer service at store. I ordered a vanilla latte at 8:21 in the morning at Dulles Airport. I waited several minutes and began to notice customers who ordered drinks after me received their drinks. I kindly asked if their was a drink for me as maybe they missed it or there was a mistake. They said would have it up soon. Another several minutes went by and I went in line to get their attention again. The head barista at that time at this point was very rude even though it was clearly 20 minutes since I ordered. She personally made my drink and when I started to walk away was very condescending and said "You're welcome". I was very offended but didn't say anything. This was possibly the worst service I received at a Starbucks.

Literally the slowest Starbucks on the planet, literally. If there is a line, take the people mover over to the D terminal, or walk over to the B terminal. Seriously, you'll thank me. Oh yeah, hopefully the get your order correct after waiting in line for so long.

They don't talk English don't know the menu and refuse to make the tea right the way you asked for 5 minutes. I was delayed 3 times and all 3 times they made it wrong.
